Kerala tapioca
 

Ingredients

  • 500gm Tapioca
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder 
  • Curry leaves 
  • Little Mustard seeds
  • 3 sliced green chilli
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

1.  Peel the tapioca and wash it thoroughly. Cut into rough cubes by  
     driving the knife in and splitting it off the center of the tapioca.
 
2.  Cook the tapioca in a pan with enough water and little salt until   
     the pieces are soft , about 10-15 mins.
 
3.  Heat oil and add the mustard seeds. When they pop, add green   
     chilli and curry leaves. stir it for 2 sec. then add the cooked 
     tapioca to it. Add salt if needed. Stir well for 2 mins.
     Kerala tapioca is ready.
