Ingredients for maida dosa recipe

* Maida – 2 cup
* Onion – nicely chopped 1
* Green chilli – nicely chopped 4
* Curry leaves – few
* Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
* chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Water – 3/4 cup

How to make :-

1) Make a batter of maida using water. It should not be too thick and not too loose. Add onions, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder to the batter and mix well… Add needed salt by tasting it..

2) Heat a pan. Then take a cotton cloth or paper then dip it in oil and rub the surface of the pan.. Then take the batter pour little then twist the pan… cook both sides… serve hot…
you can eat this along with sugar, chutney, sauce anything…

Unniyappam is a sweetful dish which is commonly found in southern parts of india especially in kerala. Unniyappam can be treated as an evening snack

Ingredients

  • 500 gm raw rice
  • 250 gm maida
  • 650 gm sharkara
  • 5 tb spoon sliced pieces of coconut
  • oil
  • baking powder
  • salt

(If you want you can add cheru pazham 1 or 2 it will increase the taste and make it more soft)

Unniyappam

Method

1. Wash the raw rice well and keep it in water for 2 or 3 hrs.
2. Remove water and grid it well and filter it in a taripa.
3. Mix it well with maida.
4. Melt sharkara in 2 cup water. Mix it with the powder we already
made. Make a paste of it not so loose and not so thick. you can
use little water if necessary. Mix salt , baking powder and
sliced coconut pieces to it and keep aside for half an hour.
5. Heat unniyappam chatti with each hole having 3/4 oil filled.
After heating oil pour 2 tb spoon of the mixture to each hole.
When the botton becomes slightly brown in colour turn over it
and fry it well…
