KERALA RAVA KANJI

Kerala rava kanji is a very old dish and very yummy too…..
Its Easy to make… Try this…

Ingredients for Kerala rava kanji

  • Bombay rava – 1/4 cup
  • small onion slices – 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk

First Milk – 3/4 cup

Second milk – 2 1/4 cup
  • Grated coconut (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat Ghee, then put the rava and fry it in low flame.
2. Cook the rava by adding second milk to it.
3. After cooking rava add first milk and let it boil. Dont let it to
become Hard. Keep it in loose way. Add the salt to taste.
4. Heat ghee and fry the small onion slices until it become brown in
colour. Add it to the cooked Rava.
(If you wish you can add grated coconut to it. It will increase its taste)
Kerala rava kanji is Ready…
